Ok, it is become more clearer - for Russians - VPN (so we will watch at Channel One site), others countries - no VPN (again info from broadcasters from YouTube chat)

Russians and СНГ countries (Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan Kazakstan, Armenia, Belarus etc.) need VPN if you dont live in these countries you should be fine?
