Exciting and tense last flight of girl skaters.

Dar'ya Loboda, the sole skater not from Moscow city, set off with a clean skate.

Then came the Moscow skaters: two CSKA and three Khrustalniy skaters, clearly the top of their age group at their rinks.

I liked all of the girls' routines, music choice, dresses, flowing movements with graceful arms and shoulders, throwing powerful jumps and combinations. Only one fall from Samodelkina, but she is a fighter for every little mark.
Even compared with the wonderful CSKA girls, the Khrustalniy girls are in a league of their own.

All routines save #7 available here: https://www.youtube.com/user/TheFSRussia/videos
Detailed scores here: https://www.fsrussia.ru/results/1819/mlvozr1819/eaaa__Scores.pdf

Number 7, Anfisiya Sevastyanova withdrew

My only 2 complaints are that Maya was held back in pcs which cost her bronze and Kamilla's bonus for the lutz combo was undeserved: she barely stood on her feet. Other than that another terrific show brought to us by crazy talented Russian youngsters.

If Kamilla learns an "ultra-C" jump and skates consistently with it she can become the best junior skater ever. The same but without "junior" can be said about Alena Kostornaya. Hope, she is doing well.

all Kamilla's lutz combos are wild and randomized, it's her only weakness (to me)

Lutz' edges are a common weakness in these still very young skaters ( and many of the older ones too ). Some edge calls though are a little 'edgy', (pardon the pun)

Some routines seem very busy, giving the skater little time to set up the jump in full concentration with the proper preparation or ' lead in '.

What would you suggest as general improvement?

I'm not about edges but about the angle/direction of the axis of rotation in the air and an unpredictable for herself landing (the transition from the first jump to the second in combo is a lottery every time)

Are all of the top 6 just barely eligible for 2022? What standouts are there that will make the cut for 2022, including those not in this competition? I think Akatieva is too young. It's this group to watch for 2022 because they'll be 15 and ready to dominate, like the 3A's next year.

In order to compete in 2022 Winter Olympic Games in figure skating, a skater has to be 15 years of age by July 1, 2022, according to current ISU rules.
So he or she has to be born before July 1, 2007 if my maths are correct.

Akat'yeva, born July 7, 2007 misses the cut by just a week.

No, the games are in February 2022. So, skaters must be 15 years old by July 1, 2021. This means that Samodelkina and Muravyeva are also not eligible. Valieva, Kromykh, and Usacheva are all eligible. So are skaters born in late-2005.

Me too. Her jumps and rippons are big and lovely but she needs to fix that weird thing in between her lutz combos.

No.
OWG will be at season 2021-2022 (at February 2022).
So skaters must turn 15 before 01 Jul 2021, i.e. be born before 01 Jul 2006.

While younger age girls are tiny cuties, these girls (all 12) are world level female skaters - complicated content (7 triples in FS, 3Lz+3T, etc), good quality of elements, skating skills, choreo etc.
