Senior Ladies' Free Skate

fell again.

scott is feeling so bad for her...he's saying you won't find a more hard working athlete, a person with more integrity...and now they are saying how she has had to carry 'forefront' since wining worlds and has struggled....but with such dignity.. really. I could just cry. and what's so sad is scott was saying how she's been hitting the jumps in practice....AND you can just tell she loves this music and wants it to be "IT"....but, alas.

Aw, poor Kimmie!

It's so sad to see stuff like this happen to anyone, but Kimmie is such a hardworker and beautiful person.

Kimmie

It must take tremendous guts to skate through a program like this when things are not going well. She has a ton of courage. All I can say is I feel terrible for her. I am glad the audience was in her corner.

If she is behind Ashley Wagner and Beatrisa Liang than she will go.....because the other skaters are to young. She damn lucky that Emily Hughes is not here and that the top competitiors are all age-ineligible

crap. she is so brave. someone just screeemed from the stands "we love you Kimmie" and she's talking with her coach saying, "that was really bad".....oh, this is the part of comps I hate. My heart is breaking ofr her.

So- --- here's a huge shout out to Kimmie: NO MATTER what happens tonight...you will combe back at worlds OR next year strong, determined and ready to keep figting, and we will all be thrilled to cheer for you along the way!!!!

I can't believe that the best thing about Kimmie is her flexibility, stretch, and above all musicality in footwork and spins.

I never imagined that I would be saying this about Kimmie......

Poor Kimmie. I'm no fan but it hurts to see all the hardwork just go down the drain. I hope she can pull it back again in another opportunity.

This is why I don't like when jerks like Philip Hersh write articles about how she's washed up. He got in her head, and now Kimmie's in a funk. Sad to see.

I feel so sad for her. Is it technique? Mental toughness? I don't know.

Damn, the unthinkable thought of maintaining just one spot for U.S. team at worlds is becoming very real.

I thought that score was quite high for 3 falls, I was expecting low 90s or even high 80s.
