Perhaps the sbs3Ts were under-rotated, or the level on their lifts were downgraded/not counted. Remember last year when one of their lifts in the FS was scored as a zero, and it cost them a place on the podium, I believe?

sbs3t is their strength. There's no way their sbs triple got downgraded. They have the best sbs in the business.
Sharma/Burgess: "Final Fantasy" soundtrack
Interesting music! Nice flow across the ice into sbs 3s (she was underrotated), split 2 twist with hands over hear. Nice. Huge throw 3R! Very sedate and pretty performance so far. She is happy, and it shows in their very evenly matched spiral sequence. Nice unison on the sbs spin with interesting positions. One hand press lidt with heavy exit. Change-hand BODS into final pairsspin that is slow and had some tranistion issues. Overall, a very nice performance for them.

Sidenote: Naomi and Themi are happy about the personal best. They want to be on the world team. Themi told us about how he remembers Naomi from TV when she won silver. She was very reflective about the break that she had to take between singles and pairs, and broke into happy tears about being back. They loved the audience feedback!

wow!!! I am so happy for Naomi and Themi. and another wow for this team skating to "Final Fantasy" Music. That is like my all time favorite video game series. I just love their music. I think more skaters should skate to that.
Moyle/Seitz: Grieg's "Piano Concerto in A" by Mrvica

On the elements sheet, they are planning sbs 3 flips. No sequence.

Woohoo. I can't wait for there free skate.
I mean, what's their combination jump? sbs flip is just one element, they have to do another combination jump. They usually do 3toe+3toe+SEQ fairly consistently.

Open with a big smile and throw 3R with hands down. Small split twist. Odd position to start the lift to one hand. SBS 3 Loops! She is very happy, and they are relating well out there. Spirals. Back entrance into a good effort sbs spin. Hydroblad into BODS directly into pair spin. Nice debut for this team. Everything is new, but they have geat chemistry.
