Skating Show Program Souvenier Booklets

I used to always by an ice show souvenier program booklet in my younger years. However, I find now they are way too expensive!!! Considering the cost of the tickets for the show, I think they could sell the programs for $5.00. They wanted $15.00 at the Vancouver Stars on Ice show.

So how do you guys feel about this? Do you purchase one? Let me know!!!

I would definitely get one if I ever got to go to SOI...

and even if I did get to go a lot I still would. maybe it's youth, but at the same time I love to collect programs and ticket stubs that I get. That way when my memory fails me, I have a back up

If it helps, the programs for the 05 nationals totaled 25 or 30 bucks for me... and this year it was 20 bucks (I think, see how soon I forget)... but it was worth it...

The price of the souvenir programs is getting up there ($15.00 for both SOI & COI programs), but we still buy them. Unfortunately there's quite a bit of advertising in them as well, but there are photos of the skaters that we wouldn't be able to take on our own.

We usually buy the SOI cast photo for $7.00. They have individual (autographed) photos for $20.00 as well, which we don't buy because we feel that is way overpriced. :disapp: :scratch: We would buy individual photos of the skaters if they offered the option of un-autographed ones for $7.00.

ues to buy one every time I went but they end up in the closet never to be seen again. The last one I bought was the COI 25th anniversary now I get a pin instead and stick it on my vest.
