Fans offered sneak peak at National Team members’ new programs for the 26-27 season
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado – U.S. Figure Skating announced today that Olympians Adam Rippon and Ashley Wagner will host this year’s upcoming Summer Sizzler, a summer skating show featuring the country’s top skaters. The event will take place on Thursday, August 27 at 7 p.m. ET at the Tenley E. Albright Performance Center at The Skating Club of Boston in Norwood, Massachusetts. Tickets are on sale now and range from $65-$150. Tickets can be purchased here.
Rippon most notably captured a bronze medal at the 2018 Olympic Winter Games in the team event, won the Four Continents Figure Skating Championships and was a U.S. champion. Wagner retired as a 2014 Olympic team bronze medalist, three-time U.S. women’s champion, and World silver medalist. They currently host, alongside friend Sarah Hughes, popular figure skating podcast “The Runthrough”.
This past May, Rippon hosted U.S. Figure Skating’s “Toast to Milan” on NBC’s Peacock as part of the 2026 Impact Summit. The show honored the 2026 Olympic Team and featured personal stories, behind-the-scenes moments and the energy of Team USA — all in one extraordinary night.
Wagner most recently hosted the 2026 ISU Figure Skating Awards, which celebrated members of Team USA for this season’s accomplishments, including Phillip DiGuglielmo as Best Coach and 2026 World champion Ilia Malinin as the winner of Best Costume.
Featured performers at the 2026 Summer Sizzler include Olympic champion, Alysa Liu; two-time U.S. pairs champions, Alisa Efimova and Misha Mitrofanov; members of the 2026 Olympic team including Isabeau Levito, Andrew Torgashev and ice dancers Emilia Zingas and Vadym Kolesnik; and a host of other international and National Team skaters.
