male/female: female
fave color: purple
cats/dogs: both - have 2 of each
day/night: night
if you were to join any band?: Prince and the Revolution (ok, that was 20 years ago...)
fave skater: Current - Johnny Weir, Sasha Cohen; Past - Scott Hamilton, Dorothy Hamill
chocolate/vanilla: vanilla
lotr/hp: lotr - first read the books around 1976
shower/bath: shower every day, bath to relax
indoors/outdoors: depends on the weather - indoors for skating, definitely
ice dance/pairs: neither - singles all the way
fave country: to live in - the US. To visit - the UK (actually, I could live there too since it's a wonderful place to be)
fave female singer: I'm not fond of female singers
fave male singer: Hmm - Billy Joel because I can sing most of his songs
fave actress: I'm not into Hollywood - maybe Julia Roberts, because she seems nice.
fave actor: Ditto - maybe Tom Hanks, for the same reason.
fave food: My family's homemade chicken noodle soup recipe, followed closely by the other side of the family's kapusta (it's a Polish dish).
fave school subject: when I was in college, international law. I'd love study Elizabethan history (Queen Elizabeth I of England) - maybe when I retire.
fave movie: West Side Story, followed closely by My Fair Lady -- ahhh, the days when movies had romance (ok, when Harry Met Sally and Sleepless in Seattle had romance too - those would be my "modern" picks.)
fave day of the week: Monday during the summer (because of my golf league), the rest of the time it's whatever day my skating lesson is on.
pet peeve: People who turn right on red right in front of you, causing you to slow down - that's running a red light, in my book
biggest fear: not being able to afford to skate
most embarrassing moment: It makes me cringe to think about it - there's no way I'd put in into writing!
worst way to spend summer vacation: pneumonia - happened when I was 12.
if you had $1,000,000: Invest a majority of it so I could retire now. The part I didn't invest I'd use to see my parents and mother-in-law through their "golden years' without worry
for the girls (pads or tampons):
for the guys (breifs or boxers): Hmmmm.......
