Maybe the officer and prosecuter should go after real criminals and stop wasting the courts time and the taxpayers money pursuing nonsense. Cant drink out of an unopened can. Hats off to the judge for telling the circus creaters to stop stop wasting his time. If this was anyone else we wouldnt hear about it nor would the judge.

Hey Cianni - You have to realize that the cop is enjoying his 15 minutes. He'll be able to tell all his friends and family that he nabbed a celeb.

Ya Joesitz, too bad he cant get his 15min. of fame telling everyone he nabbed a real criminal, you know so he can get respect not scolded by a judge for being a jerk and wasting time and money at the taxpayers expense, or he could pay the fees out of his pocket and then his 15 mins would be costly.
