Now the team is blazing another trail after placing second in both their Junior Grand Prix events this season in Budapest and Gdansk, qualifying yet again for the Junior Grand Prix Final.

So thrilled for them after what they've been through!!

Between Violetta's injury, and her father and all of Ivan's family still living in Ukraine, they have certainly persevered over challenges. I loved their attitude toward last year's Worlds even if the result was not what they wanted:

"it was very exciting to see all the people with the Ukrainian flag who supported us, that was something very special. It was an experience for us and we were very proud to be part of a senior world championship." said Ivan.

Hoping that they improve as they continue to train under challenging circumstances.
