Used skates donation drive

I was looking to create a used skate drive for my club, where we could donate pairs of skates to a pre-existing organization (perhaps to beginner skaters or skaters who otherwise couldn't afford skates), but I wasn't able to find any opportunities for large-scale figure skate donations. Does anyone know of similar drives executed in the past or have any ideas of how to make this happen? Thanks so much!!
