USFSA's DVDs for sale

I went to the booth and got a copy of both order forms (the championship set and the ones that had the novice and junior as well as the championships)

I didn't get home with either order form and I want to order the one with everything... does anyone have a copy they could scan and send to me???? *hopes and begs*

I read somewhere (maybe it was here) that the dvd will also be sold on the USFSA's website. Does anyone know when this will be?

ETA - the order form works, but it's not the one I'm looking for, they also had the one with the novice and juniors added in and it was something like 30 bucks more for the whole set....

I'll be ok with just the championship series, but I loved a lot of the juniors and novice skaters as well...

There's a separate order form for Competitors that's also linked from the USFS site (under "Member Services").

Do you have to be a member of USFSA to order the dvds or are they available to anyone? I'm asking because the order form was listed under member services.

Anyone can order the dvds for the fans. However, it appears that only people with a direct connection to the competitors can order the other dvds (including junior and novice).
