What are your 5 favorites programs of the season so far?

I do think Mone has a nice LP, but it feels so vanilla at points. Sui/Han always lift the music they skate to, but this was one of their weaker LPs and their lack of conditioning showed.

Men: sigh. what a wasteland.

I felt like I was being gaslit on social media when people were screaming about the 'greatness' of Cha's and Kagiyama's LPs. They were so utterly generic and unimpressive, it wasn't even funny.

As we are slowly but surely wraping up this season, I have to say I don't have many programs that I could rewatch in the future. The only two are SPs of Yuma and Kazuki.

2. Alysa Liu Sp "Promise"

Hard to pick five but here's my list in random order. I focused on the new programs skipping recycled ones. What impressed me the most in those programs is composition, originality and freshness, emphasizing uniqueness of the skaters and generally excelent choreo and sophistication.
1. Yuma Kagiyama - "Turandot" free program - it just so well crafted, one of the best piece of work we could get under current system of rules; excellent music cut with the involvement of the composer himself; it's a shame we haven't seen it clean so far but I hope we can still get the best version at worlds; I also like Yuma's SP but I go with Turandot, it's a masterpiece
2. Lara Naki Gutmann - "Lidia Poet" short program - I know her free (shark-naki) got more attention and I love it as well but the short is just exquisit
3. Mayuko Oka - "Momento magico" short program - unique music, fresh choreo and the back split slide... those little details makes it fabulous; again - I love Mayuko's free as well but the list is short
4. Sonja Hilmer - short program - this one needs no further explanation, brilliant work she did by herself which is even more amazing; her free is great as well, love the music choice
5. Caroline Green, Michael Parsons - free dance - these two always come up with unique ideas and this program is one of their best, touching and beautiful from start to finish with a lot of creative elements ( e.g. spin positions, lifts)
