Truthfully (and I can't speak for anyone else,) I still come here to read, but that's about it. I got tired of posting here when I realized that if I didn't follow the "party line/gushfest", that I would probably get a lecture or snide remarks in return.

It isn't always fun to participate in that kind of atmosphere, so maybe that's why some choose to go elsewhere to do their posting...
 
I guess it is kinda harsh to have "stupid and dumb" but it is all in jest I hope.

OK! I get what you are saying, I took offense to the categories that would bring about bashing (like stupidest/annoying)Then in the spirit of things, I'll add a couple:

Cutest at my Droolfest:): Matt Savoie/Yags/Philippe Candeloro (waaaay before the cheese, his competitive routines and smoldering hot, clad in black Godfather got me into FS at the tender age of 14)

Sweetest/Nicest: Philippe Candeloro (answered my e-mail personally, offered to get me backstage COI passes-to my chagrin he wasn't in the lineup at the show I saw- and warmly complimented me on my French and my musical endeavors...which reminds me, I have to send him a CD:))

Prettiest: Yukina Ota :love:

Annoying: Sandra Bezic, HANDS DOWN:)

Smartest: Debi Thomas/Matt Savoie

Most Inventive: Stephanie Rosenthal

Funniest: Johnny Weir

"Naturals": Tiffany Chin, Sasha Cohen, Matt Savoie, Lu Chen, Emanuel Sandhu, Oksana Baiul (I know this was more a personality thread than one about skaters' skating, but there's just something about natural talent and musicality on ice that just blows me away and makes me want to gush on and on about it, as you can see in my siggy :love: :) - Those who haven't seen some of these skaters can find videos of them posted on youtube.com)

Who is Megan Duhamel?
 
Meagan Duhamel is a Canadian Skater who acctually skates at my club every once in a while....she does pairs with Ryan Arnald and she also does singles skating i think shes like 4 10 or something cuz shes like the same height as me and im 4 10 at the Canadian Nationals in 2005 her and her partner were the first pair to do side by side tripple lutzes
 
This can be like the Mock Elections they do for seniors in their high school yearbook. People can add categories if they want. Most are usually superficial and all are subjective.

Prettiest: Tanith. No doubt about it. No one even comes close.
Most Handsome: Alexi Yagudin. Simply yummy.
Prettiest Eyes: Sasha, Stephan
Best Skating Skills: Michelle
Best Ladies Costumes Over Her Career: Michelle, Jenny Kirk
Best Behind in Skating Pants: All males skaters! ;)
Best Hair Ladies: Michelle
Best Hair Men: Michael Weiss
Most Overused Music Choices: Sasha

Most annoying-Peter Carruthers, the nonsense he asks after their skate!
Second most annoying-Terry Gannon's "she doesn't control her own destiny" or the little tidbit information he says while TALKING over a skater's program.
Third most annoying-Peggy's exquisite, exquisite and her hair matches her orange shirt comments. the last one was in jest.:p

But perhaps the grandmaster of most annoying are sportswriters who could never get their facts right. Oh wait a minute, they should be under the Stupidest/Dumbest category.:laugh:
