I played around till I got 'serna' and it looked reasonable, so I googled, and it came up in Urban Dictionary. 'Top definition. Serna. A great guitarist, who's first name is Alex, or can be used to replace the word badddest. Serna is a great guitar player, and that is so Serna.'
I have no idea if that's what @Joe Mendoza had in mind.
