Young child-Used boots and rating

I have a petite 7 year old. She has single jumps and working on axel. She is petite framed and very light. I have come across a boot that’s rated for doubles (Edea chorus). It is the proper fit however rated as a higher boot. The boot has been worn by another kid for a year so my daughter will not be breaking it in. Can I boot her in this? I dont want to over boot. It’s a great skate well maintained and fits.
