i would like to think that anyone cares enough to post in this thread is Yuna fan, i dont like the terms "Yuna's Korean Fans", "True Yuna Fans" , "Yuna's International Fans", "True Skating Fan" etc.. why is it necessary to seperate them this way? when you are Korean does that mean you love her more than her "international fans" ? or when someone doesnt agree with what you think; does that mean you are a "true fan" and that someone isnt? i understand that there is language barrier and english isnt main languase for some of us, thats why we should be more considerate and read posts carefully and thoughtfully before we reply/attack the person who wrote them , that way we can understand eachother better, and even if a person means anything bad i dont see any reason to reply to them in a negative way, that doesnt make us better than them and just kills the enjoyment
i hope we can go back to peaceful days and get along well :agree:
 
I think it's great that we have a couple of Korean Yuna fans on this board. We wouldn't have all those updates on Yuna without them! So :thank:!
 
Please, guys, if there is an inappropriate post, please report it to the mods? Fan fests should be happy places!

of course not, Yuna fans can have all different opinions regarding Yuna or Yuna's performances. e.g. David maybe disappointed in Yuna, but we all know that he loves Yuna deeply. When Yuna fans discuss Yuna's programs, usually we have all kinds of opinions and very likely disagree with each other, we will criticize as well as appraise etc. Things like that are all fans (aka "true fans") behavior, totally acceptable and expected.
The definition of fans is that, you at least love this person deep in your heart.
it is different from some people whose comments appeared all OKAY (or even seems pro Yuna at times) on the surface, but actually it's real purpose is to bring out the bash/attack/criticize between lines ... Their comments usually rubbers Yuna fans at the wrong way, although it may seems fine. And their comments regarding Yuna is vastly different from their comments of the skaters they truly support in terms of tones or connotation.
And this kinda people is in every boards not only this one. And they are really good at it. (How to deal. my personal approach is to ignore them.)
matmuh, I for this reason would not automatically assume everyone that bother to leave a msg on Yuna fan thread is Yuna fan (People of all sorts monitor Yuna's thread/forums/social media all the time)
other than than, I heartily agree with you, we should be thoughtful and careful with our words, keep the conversation civilized and effective and fun.

Yuna fan thread welcome everyone to visit and leave comments, including non-fans, as long as the comments are constructive since it is afterall a Fan thread. actually, if Yuna somehow moved non-fans to leave a couple pure, heart-felt comments here is really precious.

Sorry for going on about this (I will stop now:)), just wanna point out something obvious, I wish my comments is helpful towards better communication here , I personally hate mind games and really hope that Yuna fan thread could stay away from this and could always be silly, honest, kind and fun:biggrin:

You know, this part of your post really bothers me, because I know that you consider me to be among those who's "real purpose is to bring out the bash/attack/criticize between lines". Your responses to my posts and the fact that you haven't responded to my private message when I tried to explain things (and I didn't want to do that in Yuan's fan thread) showed that to me very clearly. Obviously you arent so very good in reading in between the lines as you think, at least not when it comes to me.
I got the feeling that all wanted to make peace in this thread now and you continue your attacks.
So please stop doing that, it's really bothering me. But it won't stop me reading or posting in this thread. And honestly, I have better things to do than pretending to be a fan.

yyyskate I recommend that you respond rather than ignore.

skaterr was kind enough to send me a message and invited me back here. We have resolved our issues. If I had ignored it then I would be purposely prolonging misunderstandings and bad feelings.

I'd prefer peace over a taking a chill pill (no matter how nice that chill pill is). But if one side wants to attack (without responding), what can you do? :dbana: I guess I have to take the chill pill and wait and see if there'll be another attack. I sincerely hope not.
