Yuna Kim

I highly doubt Yuna will get a program from someone else other than David Wilson. He’s choreographing the ROI show. Bezic is also choreographing so maybe, just maybe, she could do a program for Yuna or maybe be involved in the process with DW as it happened before.

Yuna will probably partner with David again. They're a perfect match. I think only Yuna has the ability to perform David's choreo exceptionally and take it to the next level.
Can't wait to see her on ice again. TBH, I would watch her just do crossovers and touch her face on ice LMAO

I would PAY to watch her just do crossovers and touch her face

I almost wish Yuna had hung around for the +5 judging - I feel she really would have benefited from it

Wilson's choreography has been severely lacking in the recent years. I wish she'd change choreographers but that ship has sailed.

Oh, for sure! Yuna was quality all the way, so increasing the rewards for that would have been excellent for her ;)

The ending pose to Adios Nonino is EVERYTHING. That program will forever be my favorite tango program from her. Its just soooo classy.

Also, her dress in Adios Nonino is just :points: I would love to recreate that dress in the vision of a man wearing it. Ofc not with the exposed back xD

it is an amazing program but i prefer Adios Nonino. Hahaha. The Step sequence for El Tango De Roxanne is amazing tho.

I agree with you! Adios Nonino was one of my favourite programs from Yuna

As for El Tango De Roxanne, I never really warmed up to the actual program itself as much as others have, mainly because the music edit was a bit of a mess (Kanako Murakami’s was much better), and she was also a little stiff in the choreography IMO (obviously she improved in this over time). But she performed that program with so much fire and passion, and at such a young age too. And it definitely deserved that WR it got as well.

I like that this topic pops up once in a while.

El Tango De Roxanne is the better tango program, choreographically speaking. There's too much arm movement in Adios Nonino but not enough staccato. While I love the Stsq in AN and because it was a requirement, the one-foot skating also detracts a lot from what could have been a chance for Yuna to showcase a tango, the way she convincingly did in El Tango. We're not even talking about spin construction.

However, Adios Nonino has a more lingering emotional resonance. :p

I like both Adios Nonino and El Tango. It probably depends on my mood.
When I want to watch a fiery tango and let Yuna seduce me with those sultry gaze, I watch Tango de Roxanne. ATS one is the better version because she has matured when she performed it.
When I want to see a melancholic program, break my heart into pieces and scream "WHYYYYYYY SOCHI WHYYYYY", I watch Adios Nonino for its beautifully nuanced choreography and overall feel.

I'm excited to see Yuna again in Javier's ice show.
