The Rink Exchange

The 2025 Carousel Classic will be hosted by the Carousel FSC and will be held Sep 11-14, 2025, in Eugene, OR. This year’s event will be a NQS (National Qualifying Series) event for the singles discipline. This event will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of U.S. Figure Skating, as set forth in the current rulebook, and/or current Compete USA handbook as well as any pertinent updates that have been posted on the U.S. Figure Skating website.
