Carolina: I think the biggest secret is to never lose your confidence and never lose the belief that you cannot lose your skating. It can only make it difficult for yourself because you have so many different thoughts in your head. And I think I could free myself from a lot of thoughts that make my body heavy and just enjoy the skating. You do mistakes, yes. That's sport. But you have to stand up and fight for it and I did that and it makes me so happy.
