Ultima Legacy blades?

I'm planning on changing my blades to the Ultima Legacy but then I saw the Matrix Legacy ones. Of course, I want to buy the Matrix one because of the color and the style. I just don't get what's the main difference between the two. Or is it just the appearance and works the same? Thank for your help!!

The blade on the Matrix is stainless steel so, theoretically, holds a sharpening for longer. The Matrix blades are also supposed to be lighter.
I've only had Matrix blades and I really liked the Matrix Legacy.
