As for Zhang's and Cesario's combos, from the angles I saw I thought they both were a <. The judges seemed a bit generous with Zhang and a bit stingy with Cesario, but I also don't have replay zoomed in on their toepick, so I this is only a relatively casual observation.

Because of an overly specific definition of the required elements and the fact that there is no equivalent of Midori Ito for the 4T/4S/4Lo to inspire ISU to change the rules?
