They should of had 6 groups, there are 2 groups with 7 skaters, not okay.

I don't think it's the starting order/groups for the short programme. Much as I like his programmes, there's no way Ivan Shmuratko is the top ranked male in the competition, and Nika Egadze is not the lowest ranked one! The practice groups seem to be organised by country rather than ranking.

I understand, but 2 groups have 7 skaters, that is totally unsafe. 6 skaters is already too many.

Practice groups before the competition are always organized by country. Once the draw is complete than the practice groups are organized by start order.

Monday and Thuesday practices are just mixed groups of random skaters and SPs/FSs and Jeanie19 probably knows that. But having 7 men at practice is not safe, I agree. There are collasions already with fewer skaters. I wonder if they have counted that everybody are not coming yet to first practices? I realized GS's ig account was mentioned that there were not many at place yet today. But probably on Thuesday there are more as men start on Thursday. But latest picture are saw from group1 or 2, there were already everybody. Maybe the organizes would like to save time, as there are so many men and ID pairs this time, but this is not a way to save time.

I should also mention that with each discipline having two practices - one at the main rink - one at the practice rink - most skaters will go to one or the other so scheduling 7 in a group, while not ideal, will probably not result in 7 skaters on the ice at the same time.

Hi everyone!

We read on the website of the competition that practices are closed but we heard many fans complaining about this decision. If anyone has information about some changes that public finally are allowed to watch the practices please share it with me.
