Actually, based upon part of the last paragraph, I wouldn't sign. It bars any type of contact between the judge and the coaches/skaters. While I agree that it is important not to bring personal bias to judging, post-competition feedback from judges is a valuable tool utilized by the coaches and skaters to 'polish' their performances.
Also, the skating world is so small - it would be virtually impossible to have even limited contact between skaters, coaches and judges.
I also don't understand what is the purpose of eliminating eligible versus pro status. While the top eligibles earn as much, if not more, than some pros, they are there to compete within standard guidelines of Olympic level competition. There are some pros who could still compete at that level, but they've chosen the freedom of the pro world. Does this statement mean that someone can not remain eligible if they earn 'x' dollars over a set limit? A bit too vague for me.
