Amber Glenn: Breathe & Believe

Amber Glenn

A radiant and “happy, healthy” Amber Glenn (USA) shared her thoughts following her win at the 2025 Cup of China, reflecting on how much her life has evolved over the past few years. She spoke about the positive impact of neurotherapy on her focus and emotional balance, and how she’s learned to handle the growing attention around her with grace.

During the lighter moments of the interview, Glenn shared her sources of inspiration, her favorite ways to unwind off the ice, and even mentioned the last movie that made her cry. She also named a skating program by another skater she admires, a dream travel destination still on her list, and the best food she’s enjoyed this year—giving fans a glimpse of both her disciplined mindset and her down-to-earth personality.

Glenn revealed that her personal motto—”Breathe and Believe”—guides her through both training and competition. Now she is preparing for her second Grand Prix at Finlandia Trophy later next month.
