I have to admit I'm really biased, because I love Yan and Hanyu, but if something like this happens, with 2 out of the 6 top guys out, I wished the event could be postponed, at least some hours. The event is kind of over now anyway - in the positive way, I mean. I'm just praying nobody is going to kill himself by now.

Hanyu and his team know better about his state. Cuts on head usually look worse than they are and Yuzuru likes to stay on the ice when tired/unwell. But it is Han who is in more serious condition and is not skating. I hope he will be OK.

The officials should be ordering Hanyu to withdraw. With any head injury involving concussion/unconsciousness, then you should be straight off to hospital to check for a potential brain haemorrhage.
