Mao Asada

I finally finished my Mao 'Remix' video that I started about two months ago. Hopefully someone here enjoys it. I must admit it is a lot of turns and edges but that's my favorite part of FS

It's kind of long but I usually just keep adding stuff and Mao is a goldmine of great footage. It's been sitting on my harddrive for a few weeks and last night I got the urge to download some extra clips to add and work on the ending which for whatever reason was so hard for me to match everything up to.

*Available in up to 720p HD*

Anyway....It's just my little tribute to Mao.

Very well done! I really like the way you keep the momentum going throughout the video by concentrating on rapid turns, quick steps and spins with a few jumps thrown in, It's a fine tribute: Sam-Skwantch.

Thank you guys for the feedback :) I love making these remixes so much and I'm just glad others enjoy them too. I've already got a song picked out to do a remix for any Mao footage which may appear this season.

I'll eventually update the video to give credit for the music but until then...

It's two songs I mixed together from the soundtrack to a movie called Cracks. Javier Naverette ,who did Pan's Labyrinth soundtrack, wrote the music.

I'll have to look up the other song when I get home. :o:

Great job Sam! I really loved Mao Mix! It was mesmerizing just watching her move to that music...and about that music...it was just so atmospheric and amazing. But then I read here that it was from the same composer who did Pan's Labyrinth, and it all made sense. Gotta go listen to more of his work!

I watched it 3 times before going to sleep last night. It was so good, thank you for making this Sam.

Your welcome Franklin99! I wonder what programs she will choose. I was really impressed with how charming and beautiful Mao is in this Arsoa (face soap) video and what a challenge it must be to walk in those heavy high heels. The pink dress and white shoes look stunning on her with a cross between a retro and high fashion early 1960s look. The video is in great quality too.

:agree: Here is the link of the video. How lovely she looks in that dress.

Also here are some pictures of her new CM “airweave” she looks stunning in kimono and seems that she is quite busy these day. :)
