Variety show featuring Mai Asada. I think she is trying to replicate medalist "signature(?)" moves, so she tried Shizuka's ina bauer, Yuzu's combination spin (at the end if PW) and Mao's spiral. She gets scored on how well she does them(?)

I think it was to show how hard the moves are (especially the ina bauer) she scored the highest on Yuzu's move. Idk they choose a combo spin when thats not really his "move" but he is good at it too though.

well it's not like she had that much choiche:
the 3axel is impossible for her, the bielman would need a lot of flexibility and I don't think Mai had trained it that much (if at all) since she retired, the Ina bauer is sill more tied to Shizuka (and she already used for her)... so the only thing that's left, a part from the final spin of PW (that's higly recognisable for the raised finger pose) is his lounge pose, but it seems its quite hard to master...

I hope your mom's better now, Jo. :agree: And yeah, the camera work was not good, and now that the ice shows are over for Yuzuru (and I don't know if I'm happy or sad about it), we'll have to wait until the season begins to have good footage.
