Yeah, hana-ni-nare is just lovely, that color, shape,,,and I love that sleeves! They really make his white arms look more beautiful.. SEIMEI is also nice!
Talking of SEIMEI, I’m looking forward to see how SEIMEI will change.. Most predictions are darker color will be put overall in order to make the costume stand out on the ice.

Probably so. In my memory, Hachinohe PIW wasn’t broadcasted.

About hana-ni-nare, I also love SOI 2014 version. He didn’t put on neckless, it seems suitable for this Kimono-like costume.

SEIMEI’s details like embroidery are really well done. Base color white seems noble. So I don’t want it to change largely. To make a golden parts stronger is good idea.

Really? As you know, Japanese don’t tell “L” from “R” at all. So the pronounce of “Candeloro” might be different form Japanese pronunciation キャンデロ(ー)ロ.　Thank you for loving Japanese language. For most Japanese, France is adorable country, it’s art, movie, music like chanson, literature, food,, all of them have fascinated Japanese.

And yes Candeloro is different from French to Japanese not only because of the "R", but also for the "AN" which is a sound itself in French that is very different from "A"+"N" and from "KY+YA+N" association in Japanese. I hope what I said make sense, lol.

Japan is very popular in France. Though many love it mainly for the anime/manga and the food (there's quite a share of J-Pop fans here too), it's very easy to find travel agencies that propose trips to Japan. The only thing I regret is that I fail to find proposed trips to Tohoku since 2011...

Watching the PIW Hana ni Nare...wow the audience was loud! Did they have a microphone in the audience or something? I was like...were they laughing in the beginning when he started out lip-syncing to the words of the song?? Probably also because it seems like the arena for PIW in any city always seem to be quite small and the audience is so close to the rink/skater.

Thank you for your explanation (Oh, you also speak Japanese! ). I am a huge fan of French movies, having watched a lot from old to new. That’s partly because I love the sound of French language. It’s really beautiful to listen to! If I have a chance to hear Candeloro pronounced by a French, I’m sure to pay the attention to!

I am glad we have many French visitors for sightseeing here in Japan. French art is well known to us, so I often go to museum to see. Of course, those who are involved in manga or anime have been influenced by French art in some ways, I suppose. It’s a pity Tohoku trip is avoided now, but times will change as it goes by! (of course, we Japanese shall tackle Fukushima program ) I hope so.:yes:

@SuzyQ, it wasn't organized, it just happened that I started lurking in the thread when the forum is at around that page and the pregnant thing is too funny and memorable to forget!!! And yuzu wearing the Pooh cap is too cute to forget too! [emoji6]
