Edit: My gist about the KENJI'S Room Preview video is as follows;
(Now, we are looking forward to Kenji’s Room in September!:)

(1)They talked about “figure skate” and “choreography” deeply or professionally as a top skater and choreographer, respectively. The content of the talk sounds interesting.

(2)Talk show often enables long and relaxed talk unlike interviews. Yuzu emphasized the benefit of it. Yuzu talked about his daily life and hobbies. He said he could show another side of him fully in the relaxed talk.

(3)Yuzu mentioned their regional difference about temper (In a nutshell, Tohoku region people are Serious (ex.yuzu); Kansai region people are merry or comical (ex.Kenji, Nobu), which leads to the funny contrast and effect. Other than that, there must be a good chemistry between them, like that of Nobu and yuzu or of Tatuki and yuzu.

(4)Kenji just admired yuzu’s intensive practice. About the episode of their choreography work, yuzu puts on earphone and moves all the time, following the movement. Yuzu doesn’t take a break during the choreography work.

(5)Surprisingly, yuzu said he’d imaged just all the things in the case of Olympic gold medal, since he was a small child. Now, he becomes Olympic Gold Medalist. We can hear his current state of mind considering that stuff, his childhood thought.

Ok I did not see that one coming, not after everything that was being said about the 'new' program. But, it's ballade no. 1 So I can't complain, I adore that program.
Autumn classic? When will it be?

His retirement decision is absolute.. Of course, I’ll follow it and support him.

It’s good the competition Canada saves him moving a lot of distance. He can be at SC in good shape!

I must confess I'm a bit disappointed that he kept Chopin. Don't get me wrong I loved Chopin but I like to see skater skate to new programs every season but I do understand why Hanyu has decided to keep Chopin as he never was able to skate it to perfection. Who knows Chopin may very well be the next PW and set a new world record.

Keeping Ballade is not so wrong as strategy, I suppose. We can definitely expect high score about this program given last season. It was loved by judges and got high PCS. This season, he must compete Chan or other tough rivals, besides, his new FP is a big challenge in some ways. He can allot more energy and time to FP.

Yes, the entry before the combo was complicated and made it difficult for him to get it. At PW in WT2015 Gala, we could see his “as if he did it in his sleep” combo! He can do it with suitable entry.

Exactly, I mean, the 3Lz was his last jump in the FS so he's definitely comfortable with it, he just needs enough time to set it.
It may too early to speculate but I can't help it (we're well into the off-season already): do you guys think that he'll change his costume entirely or just something in particular that keeps the original costume's vibe like he did with PW?

Thanks for the news! Wow I did not expect that coming! But I must say surprisingly I didn't feel disappointed because it would mean he would go back to original layout spread eagle-3A-spread eagle with 4T in the second half! This program is such a masterpiece and it was not brought to its full potential yet. So I'm very very happy!:dance:
