I don't understand why suddenly saying "Patrick is bigger" becomes the offensive joke like rogue skater joke. Kurt could mean 1) Patrick skates bigger because of his good skating skills, or 2) Patrick is just a bigger man. He has bigger size, or he weighs heavier. Either way that's not offensive. But making fun of the unfortunate COC accident and calling Yuzuru rogue skater is just offensive and inappropriate imo.

Oh I didn't think Kurt was joking at all when he said that Patrick is a "bigger skater." I wrote that he was perfectly serious when he said that. Anyway, I think the "rogue skater" was tongue-in-cheek and not meant to be taken seriously. YMMV of course

Well this is the first time I'm offended by Kurt. I found all his previous comments inoffensive. He wasn't always positive about Yuzuru, but if he directly says someone has a better body or someone has better skating skills than Yuzuru, then I'm not offended. I may disagree with him, but not offended. "Rogue skater who knocked Han Yan across the ice and hindered Han Yan to get medals" No matter joke or being serious, this statement is offensive.

At least Kurt can say these two boys hit each other instead of one being knocked by the other. I think this was Kurt's attempt at being funny and no offense should be taken. Everyone knows it was a complete accident with no one at fault. Poor choice of words perhaps, but certainly nothing more.

It is his way to joke maybe not successful but still, he joked the same style about Chan 3A and make Patrick fans very angry. He meant Patrick is bigger skater -just for his ss and it was quite a while ago. For years uncle Kurt has been quite a fanboy so please stop make elephant from the fly :) :drama:

Oh please we all know Kurt loves Yuzuru. I think either he intended to mention the skater who almost collided with Han Yan at 4CC warm up (aka Patrick) but he forgot it. Or maybe he just wanted to make a joke about it but he failed.

Honestly, this Yuzuru is one of the best shots for me. He is so cool :love:
