You guys are right ! I watched the vid (again  ) and the shout is indeed from him! It's even more thrilling ;)

icenetwork article about incident including quotes from Denis

Very disappointed with Ten tbh. He's making himself the victim, when he admits he made the same mistake twice in a row. Not even an apology. Well, now more than ever I am very happy with JSF filing that complaint. They should and rightly so. It's their job to protect their skaters. Hopefully that settles it.

Yuzu settled all other scores last night on ice. I am more than pleased.

Well, then here is the Japanese coverage. I am not good at Japanese. But seems like talking about the same thing. Yuzu did say the he thinks Ten was probably intentional and JSF did file a complaint, right?

As for the English article, seems everyone is picking it from this source: http://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/sport/figure-skating-japan-s/2653204.html

Yes, this is much less gossipy, it just says that Denis cut across Yuzu's path, a breach in manners, and that the federation is taking appropriate action. (no collision mentioned)
Also added that this had happened before and seeing the past video, Yuzu said, 'I saw the video, it may be (probably be) intentional, but I think it was wrong to be angry at that.'

Explains the convention for skaters to give right of way to the one who has their music playing.

Denis went on practicing a spin in Yuzu's path. Yuzu said angrily, 'Hey You! There's no need for that!'

Was it a different competition? Could you provide the links if possible?
Well , we have only ours opinion , they skate for a very long time, and if he feels it could have beed intentional move, then who knows. I watched video when Denis cut off Hanyu two times during one run trough and it looked Denis didn't even take care, just runed his way, but let's leave this.

It was the practice the day before. I am sure it's somewhere in the media only thread. There were fan reports on Twitter too actually. And of course, he basically admits to it in the article above.

Ten admitted it was the second practice incident for the two skaters this week: They also had a near-miss at a practice at TD Garden on Tuesday.

If Denis had blocked Yuzu twice, Yuzu would of course considered it intentional the second time. And Denis does not seem remorseful at his actions and moreover throwing shade at Yuzu by saying 'Behaviour is important.'

I think in this occasion we should focus on his programs, there is no need to make this incident huge, this is world championships and situation is already tensed, So let's focus on Yuzuru and his skating, there is nothing much to judge imo. :ghug:
The less attention press gets from us, sooner it will be forgotten. move on, it is another day...

-Can we please leave the topic? What happened should be a small incident. A moment in practice where tempers flared. It doesn't have to be a big deal unless the fans want a flame war. We don't want that.
Denis will be in another practice group. problem solved.
Let's keep the fan-fest positive

Going to try and peer into the practice rink after watching the ladies short. I still can't get over how slender but powerful he is in person. I would watch him practice all day! Watch though, never get on the same ice as him though haha

And his head is so small, isn't it? His proportion is just unbelievable..
