2015-16 Russian Qualifiers and other events

That's where I get confused - none of these girls has MC (Master of Sports) degree and they start in MC category...? :scratch3:
To earn MS title it is needed to compete at MS level competition and have good result (top 10 at Nationals, top 3 at Russian Cup Event etc).
So situation, when skaters who have not this title, compete at MS level, is normal.

PS Degrees are KMS(Junior) and lower. MS(Senior) and higher are called titles.

So, for example - can 8yo compete in MC category? What are the requirements to compete at all those levels (MC,KMC,1,2,3)?

Anna Scherbakova (born 28 Mar 2004) is age eligible (she is 12) and strong enough to compete in Senior group.
Viktoria Vasilyeva (2003) also competed as Senior and won this competition.

Viktoria Vasilyeva (2002) who competed as Junior is much lower level skater.

Open competitions of "Moskvich" sports school 27-30 Apr 2016.

Ksenia Sinitsina (2004) SP, her first try to land 3Lz+3T in competition https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3FSpdKHeRKo

Interesting fact.
At Zhuk Memorial (March 2009) younger age only Radionova landed triple (3S) in FS (and fall in SP) and became first.

At the same competition at march 2016 Kamila Valieva with 3S< was 11th (she is young enough to compete at next season, probably she will progress).
Winner Anfisa Ryabova landed all five triples and combos 2A+3T, 3F+2T.
Level became much higher.

The level increased a lot since the first few years or those talented Russians. When Adelina won her first senior Russian nationals, she did not have 3-3 in her SP. now around 16 out of 18 usually lands 3-3, and usually one of the harder ones (mostly 3F-3T and 3Lz-3T). On the junior level, the majority of them has 3-3 in the SP too!

Very nice clean triple from Kamila. :gclap:
Do you know, what month was she born? Fskate.ru has only the year.
