It must be exciting for him to jump 4lo for the first time in a competition, but it could have a psychological impact :curse:
 
we will see, I actually expect him to land it in first attempt next week in SP

Im not so confident. It would be easier if he didn't have steps before the 4L but I know he doesn't compromise :drama: And it's a new and very busy program. It would be wonderful if I was wrong though. It would certainly give him more confidence opening his season with it.

I think a performance like the beginning of last season replacing the 2nd half quad result with the 4Lo and a little less bombing would be ideal but realistic. For example, at Autumn Classics a little better SP than last year with idk a stepout or botched landing of 4Lo , then a great LP to showcase it but with a fall at the opening 4Lo and a not so ideal landing at another jump, maybe at other quad. At SC he could do a decent SP and then land the 4Lo perfectly at the free for the 1st time like he did last year with the 2nd half quad. The shaky early 4Lo success is just to keep us on the edge of our seat and the doubters doubting. :handw: :laugh: NHK result could be with decent performances with at least one clean and a gold medal and an easy ticket to GPF. Of course all of this in order to proceed to slay everyone's existence with an out of body experience at GPF and ideally and finally at Worlds. :coffee:

of course he could bomb 95% of the 4Los or 70% of the programs but I prefer to stay optimistic :laugh2:

I would only freak out only if he bombs his 3A :biggrin:

Though interestingly, based on Marin's post few days ago, he landed all of his 4S and 4T during open practice but fall once on his 3A during SP runthrough :hopelessness:

I would prefer to see him popping jumps rather than to fall on them, even if i know it's not ideal when it comes to scores :ohwell:

Aesthetically I think basically everyone prefers pops including myself but I think Yuzuru in particular seems more likely to fall on the 4lop than pop it, but either one could happen of course. I think that since he's going full force on the 4Lo a fall seems more likely to happen. :coffee:

I'm quite confident that, in Autumn Classics, he will land at least one of the 2 planned 4Lo. Of course, I'd rather see only clean 4Lo, but I don't want to jinx him or whatever, lol! :laugh:

Lot of lovely arts, but the 9th one looks too close to Sota's FP costume from last season. And I agree that I doubt we'll see much of bare chest... But who knows, we may be proved wrong...

It's an offtopic here but do you know why Sota is still listed in GP, I thought he was injured and supposed to sit out the entire GP series this season, am I wrong?

He's out of Autumn Classics for sure, and GP is likely, if I recall. I don't remember officials saying that he's out of full GP season, they're probably waiting to see how he's recovering.
Such a pity, I wanted him and Yuzu together in competitions asap. :( and I doubt Sota and Shoma will be together again before Nationals... :cry:

I do like #3 quite a bit too, i definitely wouldn't mind if it was something like that, the black against the ice would be perfect to practice drawing his poses haha,
i think it would look very beautiful because the lines his body makes, but then again, i think Prince deserves something colorful :D (bonus points if it's not
purple! I love purple but this isn't Purple Rain~)

Aside of the 3F, all the other jumps are there (4Lo, 4S, 4S3T, 4T, both 3As and 3Lz) as well as the hydroblade and a part of the Stsq :biggrin:

EDIT : Meanwhile s nagi made a new video for the full version of his SP put together from several of his open practice videos. S/He included some videos from past practices of Yuzu doing camel spin to fill up the gaps in between, it is pretty cool

do note this might not what the final program might look like but it is pretty cool what s/he did since his movements matches the lyrics :agree:

Thank you for sharing. Beautiful videos. I feel happiness arepios and much peace to listen to music from your FS and other feelings that I can not describe. It's like being transported to another dimension. Yuzu love the sound of the piano. I believe it will be extremely connected with the music.
RJ1 and Seimei are my favorites, but I'm really loving their new programs. I trust him and I am very optimistic for the achievement of their goals this season. Go Yuzuuuu! Stay healthy. It'll be great. The best. Ganbatte!
Thank you all for updates. I am also hoping that the live broadcast work and we can see him happy and dominating the Arena with its sweetness and perfection on the ice. Their costumes are still a mystery. He wants to kill us with curiosity. Does not matter. It will be stunning, as all he does.

TSL discussed some events that happened recently and talked briefly about Yuzuru's new programs. I know some people are not too fond of them but I'm posting it here for anyone interested. :)
She says Yuzuru's head look down too much but personally I never noticed that's an issue. Maybe because we watch him through video and it's always eye level?
What about fans who have seen him live at Boston? Did Yuzuru looked down too much, even in his Chopin SP?
