Yuzuru Hanyu: 2016-17 Season

I've always thought it'd be cool if he stayed after 2018 just for himself. Not for quads but for the 3A-3A-3A-3A, just for sht and giggles. Like, not caring about points, about rules, about placements, just throw that crazy combo in a competition just to say, "see this? I can and you can't".

It will be a very sad day when he retires but whatever path he chooses I will support him, there is always YouTube to watch him and although I would love to see him crushing world records and other skater's souls I just want him to be healthy and watch him skate, competitively or not

Well, I'm assumming it'd be if he won the Olys with a great skate. If he had nothing to prove, perhaps showing off could trump winning? Ehh, I'm not really expecting it to happen, I just thought it'd be cool, the bad boy attitude going all "hah I'm an Olympic champion twice over, record holder and I can do what I want!" I think I need to write a fanfic or something.

What I hope: He wins the Olympics, then continues to compete to - at least - Japanese Worlds in 2019 & he does the 1st ratified 4A. Who else has as big, beautiful & secure a 3A that he might try for a 4A?

oh i see. lol i don't want to sound so mean, but this is hillarious. and his/her (idk this person's gender) post about yuzu's standard choreography in that golden choreographer x skater pair sure backfired. not to mention, epic response from others

anyway, can't wait for the Autumn Classic. i'm counting days now

I guess he could arrive as late as the day before the first practice, since there won't be any jet lag issues for him

i never get his taste in costumes, esp since he is so simple and casual off the ice.
He has a similar taste in costumes to Jonny Weir, but their wardrobe for everyday wear can't be further apart.
