I think, no one can ever stay exactly the same, and or have the same tastes in stuff. We're all changing, growing up and seeing things differently with time, and our tastes change as well. One can never know what's in the others' mind or see with their eyes.
Even if he wears a costume full of bling for FP still the costume for SP is something he might be trying to implement so we can start getting used to less bling or smth. (Just my opinion, hope i didn't offend anyone)
Ow and there's a saying that i know in Russian, might be English as well but i'll translate it as best i can:' There are no friends in taste and color'.

Actually... I remember while ago I suggested he makes a costume resembling his favorite dessert- shortcake. Now, he made it! Just he used blueberry instead of strawberry. I am totally impressed.:luv17::agree:

I don't really get the comparisons to Javi for the SP. If you watch Javi's new program from Japan Open - that's classical Javi lol. This SP doesn't have the same vibe or style. Actually, this SP reminds me more of his Somebody to love ex, except much more mature and polished. It has the 'I'm a rockstar and I know it' vibe, which Javi doesn't have (and is not trying to go for, tbf). I love that he's having fun with it and it's a good vehicle for him to be more extroverted and entertain the audience, instead of having the audience appreciate/admire him, like with his Chopin SP. I'm sure the execution will get better as the season progresses.

those pants are a joke, he's not gonna wear that.
Anger: I hate this
I can't see where his legs end and where the ice begins.

Acceptance however... no, it will never happen... Lose the pants, yuzu. I would do as blingy as needed to see him from space if he wanted, just to lose the pants.
For some reason I am not afraid of what the free program will bring, costume wise. I do not think we can get any worse than the sparkling lettuce, or the boob...

Question: was anybody relieved that Yuzu wasn't clean in SP? Not secretly disappointed but actually relieved? I did. I felt like he needed to start with major imperfections in order not to jinx future competitions and felt myself going "thank god he's getting the mistakes out of his system".

I feel Ya, those pants.........my new boobskirt and NDP , I am angry, worried , shocked same time... but honestly as long as he does well and stays healthy he can skate with pink dress on even naked.

I have to say that I agree with mostly everyone who wants Yuzu to change the color of the SP pants, would a mid-grey tone work instead of white perhaps? Or even the shiny black pants he wore for "Hello I love you"? I do kind of wish there could be a costume change for the SP, but who knows.
