And then there are fans who just don't know what they're talking about
Everything has a reason. If you listen to music and feel nothing - ask yourself why.
If you're critisizing someone- ask yourself why.
If you say Yuzuru's LP and music is "boring", then tell this to the people who cried during his performance- and then ask yourself why you're not able to feel the same.
Many people these days want drama 24/7, everything has to be big and bigger, they are not able to focus on the little beautiful things in life.
That's what i'm talking about.
If you don't understand this simple psychology - ask yourself why
people react and feel differently to music. Some people might be absolutely shaken and moved deeply by Yuzuru's music and some might feel it is monotonous and doesn't built and there is nothing wrong with either opinions.
If you truly think that your feelings and your opinions are the only ones valid then take your own advice and ask yourself why.
I personally come to this forum to fangirl and keep updated on my favourite skaters but also to read fellow fans opinions and analyses, what people think of certain performances, choreographies, musics. To exchange you know.
You dismissing people as haters/unable to feel when they make valid points (that we can all agree or disagree with that's not the question) about music selection, composition, choreographic rules and program building is vain and arrogant.

no but aaw though.. the other guy (sorry can't recognize him) was trying to help him.. the second time I saw that, after Misha last time after the medal ceremony. I like how they show that they care and offer help even if they know he didn't really need it. I just think it's sweet. :luv17:

I think one of the (many) things that makes figure skating so special to me is how even though skaters compete against each other, they still have great sportsmanship and help each other, even in small things like offering a hand when they slip.
what is the song of the EX?

It hasn't been revealed yet. I guess we'll know as SC arrives or only at the gala.
ok, thanks. i expect that is not a lyrical program. his program of last season was a beauty, but it would be good to see him to skate something more funny.

I think Yuzu skate may have gotten too close to the boards and his blade hit it, causing him to fall.
I hope this too. Beside, doing sth funny could be a good way to silence all of those saying he has no range enough...well, better stop before igniting the flames!
But, most of all, I hope he can skate to sth he actually enjoys; it's always so cute to see him smile and singing along while performing to Change.

You know, the nasty stuff some folks say shouldn't be his problem at all. When it comes to EX, he can skate to whatever he wants without people criticizing him :luv17:

He has no range enough because what, he can't do something funny? Whoever keeps saying this better be @#$%$#@! :gaah: if anything he's the one who's shown much range in the modern era no?
Though even I would like to see him do a program like this just for fun

Who cares! If he hasn't by now with everything he's done, then he'll never do it no matter what he does in the future because facts obviously don't matter for those people and then they're not worth paying attention to.
Give me lyrical as far as I'm concerned. His last EX, especially the one skated at Boston gives me shivers every single time I watch him. Such incredible expression. I remember I showed it to an old dancer friend of mine who doesn't watch skating and she was stunned, especially by this part from 2:30 onwards and we talked how it was true dance on ice. So if he wants a repeat of it, he should go for it. If he wants fun and sexy, same applies
Personally I am not a fan of comedy programs but what ever he wants.

I wonder if my heart would be able to handle that.
I think this rumor came about from Hanyu's post-worlds interview where he said that he wanted to try doing jazz program (doesn't have to be a competitive program, could be an exhibition). But so farm there is no concrete rumor about the style of his ex yet (SP was rumored to be rock cause Shirota-san said it has hello i love you vibe)
