 I had set up a livestream for my mom so she could watch, and she also saw the interview and then was like "Is it just me or does he seem to talk a bit more when he can speak in Japanese?" Me: ":roll9: more like he never stops talking!!"

I am sorry if this is already posted but anyone have a translation of his interview at kiss and cry. I am curious to know what did he say.

Conglatulations Yuzuru :hap10:

SP costume has changed its color to graysh purple.

I had noticed in Skate Canada that some embroideries added after Autumn Classic at the top of his FS costume, which some might have commented here already. Any further change at NHK ? I'm not sure. Maybe not.

Thank you for your always breathtaking performances

What Yuzuru said in this article is interesting http://www.japantimes.co.jp/sports/...hy-pogorilaya-wins-womens-title/#.WDmgXtXhDIV :
Hanyu said he consulted with coach Brian Orser after Skate Canada in an attempt to improve.

“I did get advice from Brian,” Hanyu said. “He told me I should work on the total package. We had a difference in our view. I told him, ‘I can’t get the total package unless I can get the jumps.’ So after that we agreed to work together on the total package toward the NHK Trophy.

Hanyu claims victory with spectacular showing at NHK Trophy; Pogorilaya wins women’s title

“I’m actually very relieved that I can advance to the Grand Prix Final,” Hanyu stated. “I was able to land the (quad) loop cleanly for the first time in a competition.”

Hanyu said that confidence and preparation were important for him coming into this event.

“I felt that I was mentally prepared,” commented Hanyu. “I had practiced really hard before coming here. Skating at home always helps as well.”

Now about the program:    Not much to say other than gorgeous again. I noticed it was less "empty" at that specific point that people were complaining. It didn't bother me before but glad he changed so more people can appreciate the beauty of the program. Did he trip a bit at the step sequence? I'm almost sure he did. Other than that it was great, a bit strange to see the little changes but it's probably because I watched it so many times before that I already memorized the steps so I just need some time to do unconsciously the same with these. :laugh2:[/SIZE]

O saw it too, he definitely wobbled. That's why I'm a bit surprised at all those +2 GOEs. He only got level 3 though, he'll want to improve that.

I thought the level 3 was because of the wobble actually. Otherwise isn't this improved step sequence worth a level 4?

Ehhh, I can't tell the levels on step sequences, so it's quite likely he lost a level because of the wobble.

Requirements of stsq, there should be two different combinations which consists of 3 difficult turns on different feet, in the second combination where he does twizzle-rocker-counter he did wobble on twizzle, put second foot and instead of rocker he did outstep, so they didn't count whole part of combination that he did on his right foot.

Congratulations for +300pts to Hanyu.
This minor things I mention just for someone who wants to be perfect every day: 4Lo landing like Shoma ( issue with the axis) and second 4S axis wandering and "only" 2S in Kombi ( I think he was tired but who wants to blame him for that). This wobble can happen also from a fault in the ice. Great stamina. Thank you, Yuzuru !!
