He did Seimei spin after lutz and arms out pose before going into the last stsq today at the practice maybe recalling the feeling of WR at GPF.

That ice looks like a natural disaster hit it and considering how it is cracked even after a zamboni I'm probably not that far off.

We'll see how he goes tonight but honestly, at this point, he could probably throw in a 4Lo-3T and have similar chances of making it.

i havent noticed before that during ina bauer he raises his arms and lowers them again and opens his hands all fitting with the note :luv17: and Yuzuru if you are gonna do emergency quad at least do it with combo or its not worth it

The amount of quad loops with pafect landings that we've seen from Yuzu in practice is getting really ridiculous. It is really all mental at this point.

I'm so nervous, maybe it's a good thing not being able to watch live(stream) but at the same time I'll be dying to find out how he did, don't know how I'll be able to last until work is over...

I'll be en route to an outting with some of my classmates (yay bonding time), so I won't be able to watch it even if I wanted to...which is a good thing. My nerves are getting worse. Why did I get world's tickets again? I must be a masochist to myself and don't realize it.

I hear you, went to both GPFs in Barcelona, and that was "just" (ahem) the GPF, and I still don't know how I survived those. I know my nails didn't, lol. At Worlds '17 the stakes are so much higher...

Yeah, but thankfully at least last year your nerves were greatly rewarded! I could only attend the free skate in Boston . This time I'm hoping since I am attending both he at least delivers one of them to perfection (it'd be the short program if I had to choose), but I don't want him to completely fall apart in the free of course and two clean skates are certainly welcome.

That is true, actually, they were rewarded at both GPFs (he was brilliant the first year in Barcelona, too).
It must've been devastating for all the fans in Boston. I was gutted beyond words, and I was half a world away. To be there and experience that... (((hugs)))

I have a feeling we may both get our wish this time, though. He wasn't perfectly clean in the SP at this GPF, and I don't honestly expect him to be clean in the FS tonight, either (he totally still needs to win, though, of course). So this year he switches it around, not clean in the GPF, but two perfect skates at Worlds. Voila, has to happen this way, it's logic 101.

**hugs**. You better believe I hit the bar not much later. In the moment I was at least happy for Javi because I do like him as well, but then I went to sleep and when I woke up I was bummed all Saturday.

I'm trying to go to the Olys too. Okay, yes, I AM a masochist. I have a friend in Korea who is working on tickets for us. But at least if it doesn't work out for me to go it's probably for the best for my health, lol.

Yuzuru don't need to be perfect to win this. He can win the GPF (and nationals) with mistakes and still win worlds with a clean skate. Just look at his 2013/14 season
