Could anyone share infos about the details of Yuzuru's usual training schedule/methods? How many hours does he train a day, how many hours on and off ice? What kind of training does he usually do off ice?
Does he ever has a day off?

Well, I don't want to dish the anime but such an UGLY arm position.

Even Evegenia's tano has improved and does not look like a fly swatter like that anymore.

And that body does not look like the body of any real human. But anyway anime

Knowing Yuzuru, he will not add tano to his jumps. He has many difficult transitions to make up for the difficulties. We know him for long.

:dev2: His positions are textbook perfect and he almost maxed out his GOEs in Chopin and SEIMEI so he doesn't need need the tano-tron. He knows all he needs is to skate clean.

Why would he? He already got +3 GOE on his quads and 3A multiple times even though he doesn't tano them. Also that scores kind of make little sense. Tanoing jumps doesn't equate to +3 GOE, otherwise Medvedeva would have +3 on all her jumps. I don't know what his layout is, but I calculated a maximum score for SP with 3A, 4Lz3T and 4F all at the second half with all level 4 spins and level 4 steps and max+3 GOE and 50 PCS. It is around 121. Replacing 4F with a 4T alone for example, has already reduced the max score to 119-ish, so it looks to me as if they pull numbers randomly here.

ETA : also helicopter hands are not tano :dev2: Brian Boitano would cry in his retirement home somewhere.

We who watch it tried calculating at first and we've given up. They seem to just fling the numbers out there, depending on what they need.

That's the one thing they haven't done. But a quad at the end of the program? Totally there!
It is anime, you just go with it.

Speaking of maximum scores. Actually the maximum score for SP with current system should be 136.

The layout was 3A, 4S+3T, 4T btw. Yuzuru wants a word with them
Plus, they have a 15 or is it a 16yo kid just break a record of the figure skating genius so nothing about that anime is even remotely logical when it comes to skating, because the genius has harder quads in his repertoire, like the 4Lz and the 4F. When you add PCS you just get ???? and ????

Yeah, I am not sure about that layout with the 4A

Well, doesn't the tano -ing do it for Evgenia's GOE? If Yuzu were ever to do a -tano, and please may that never happen (he never will), it would be best if he or anyone did it the original way, like Boitano, arm straight etc.. That made a good impact. Or like Rippon. I like when Yuzu does his two hands over his head for his double toe after the 3A. Midori used to do that too. She also did doubles with both arms down at her sides... I wonder if anyone will try that as a triple...

I hope he is not over training in preparation for Nationals. He is training coachless and that's when I worry he will try things he should not... although I do think he is far more careful now.

I have always loved the idea of a spiral into a 3A... in particular a spiral where you then skid over into the other direction (ie. Gordeeva did that in her programs both singles/pairs and Evgenia does it now with leg over her head) and then take off. That would be cool.
