Ruslan said his favourite pattern is Polka at first and that he also like Argentine Tango.Lena likes the Argentine Tango, and from the waltzes only the Golden Waltz cause it's difficult but interesting. Ruslan pointed out that at some point he liked DenkovaStavisky.Lena liked Usova/Zhulin and Grishuk/Platov. She said the first are something like the alphabet of ice dance, everyone must study them and Grishuk being the best female dancer that will ever be and that G/P could be relevant even today.
They said they intend to compete through the next Olympic cycle cause they are very young and still have a lot of things to do they want to in the sport.
Lena keeps all her costumes, she hasn't sold anything, Ruslan hasn't sold anything too but some of his costumes have been given to younger skaters. Lena says that when she becomes a coach she'd love it if her students skated to some of her costumes.
Ruslan said the secret for a good working relationship is to listen to eachother and try to understand eachother and Lena added that they jut try to listen to eachother
Lena's most romantic city is Barcelona cause it has two ports and is not that far from Moscow
Ruslan says that most people say Paris but he wasn't impressed.He guesses any city is romantic with the right company
They go on to talk about New Year traditions and Ruslan says he can't have New Year mood without watching a certain film ( The irony of Fate , it's a Soviet romantic comedy always shown on New Year's Eve).Lena thinks people will find it strange to believe she hasn't watched the whole film yet but for 22 years now she always spends New Year's with her family and hasn't broken that tradition
