It's sad... Radionova isn't the best figure skater of the field, but she has charisma.

Charisma (along with mathematics) is a type of real-life magic. Hitler had it, Stalin had it, Freddie Mercury had it. Many of the people that watch Radionova perform dont give two cares about her posture, jump landings, what not. They just have another gray day, yet, when they watch her birght, exuberant, performances, it makes their days brighter!

I may be wrong in my observation, but in terms of raw charisma and likability, no female figurer skate beats Radionova. Not even Ilinykh.

Well, by this time next season, Zagitova and Polina will turn senior and everyone's slot will be in danger anyway. I doubt even if Buynova can do anything.

Zagitova is very unstable. Last year she faild, and her 2nd Grand Prix was pretty narrow.
Her SP in Turkey doesnt look that good either. She is relly good and I like her, but it is too early to set your
moneys on Zagi. She can pretty fast turn into Pogo.
And Polina ... that girl has the biggest misfortune so far. This season injured, last season pretty much injured,
growing into the sky and that curious disease. I dont really believe she could be such a big "danger".

I apologize if you felt like this claim was over the top. Think about it this way, I am more like Hitler and Stalin than Lena because I am: 1)A light-skin male, 2) wear a moustache, 3) have interest in things involving the military.

Elena just shares with them a high level of charisma. Thats 3 traits versus 1! :biggrin:

By the way, Vodorezova (Buyanova) was most likely smart enough to not send Sotskova to CRF. Why risk losing a trip to worlds when your student is formally the 2'nd spot senior?

edit: oh the other real-life magic is rather mathematical analysis (not standard math). The theoretic one where you can divide by 0 using variables in an equasion and magically turning British prime minister Winston Churchill into a carrot!. :laugh:
