Nam Nguyen

you know what? I will rejoice RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW :) Nam has been through so much grief that we will take every little ounce of joy we can get out of this! Life is too short to wait for happiness! GO NAM!
No, I think they mean we should not jinx him into thinking he's out of trouble. :p I want to believe that it IS the case, but let's not rejoice too fast.

Nam is back, a taller version that is. He is so lanky now so maybe the shirt is good for not elongating him more like a monochromatic costume would do. He will fill out and he will gain speed and power with more muscle.

I'm ready to enjoy his LP tomorrow, er, later today.

Couldn't be happier for Nam. Really will be cheering for him in the FS. He is so talented. Trust your training Nam! You can do it!

Thrilled for Nam. The audience knew the struggles he had been going through, and he was given HUGE applause when he finished his FS. This was a big milestone for him, and I hope it will be a confidence booster for him. He got a big hand during his EX performance too, and his fun personality really started to come through, now that the pressure was off. He's baaaaaaaack! :hap10:

Happy to see clean Nam. I hope that he will speed up a little, when he gets his confidence back ;)

Nam has work to do, but I hope his reception by the audience this past weekend gave him inspiration! And I liked the interaction between him and his coach in the Kiss n Cry. The coach seemed to be just as happy as Nam was! :hap10:

Out of all of the fantastic skates that happened at Skate America, I most elated to see Nam skate so cleanly and with spirit again! He ain't giving up and he's got a lot to give with so much potential and talent. So so proud of him.

Good luck nam! it is his first major senior competition in Japan (i remember he appered on WT 2015 april, but it was team event.)? so many fans were delighted at his smile at SA this year after a long time! Keep it up, spicy! :hap10:

Lately I'm soooo behind on news. Since when Nam is back in Canada training with former Roman Sadovsky coaches?

I'm proud of Nam in his final competitive skate of the season, where he managed to climb up from 13th to 8th over-all (7th in the long program) with a fairly strong performance at 4CC---the Spicy Cutie has mostly regained the consistency of his jumps! :hap10: http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x5w557r

I remember someone made a joke on the 2017 Canadians Nationals thread that he and Roman essentially switched coaches. I don't know precisely when Nam left the US to join Tracy Wainman, but I first heard of it while watching the TV broadcast of Nationals.

Thanks :) So it's fairly recent I guess. I hope to see Nam at his Spiciest next season :)
