As if the eskimo snogs at the GPFs in Barcelona weren't bad enough, now we have an official Worlds 2017 dance!

They should get Lordi as mascots.I also hope they will have a mascot like at the Japanese competitions.
They should get Lordi as mascots.
I think I prefer if Lordi made the official song too :-D
Or Him.
Or Nightwish.
Or Stratovarius.
Or Korpiklaani.

Well. Diandra is OK I guess...

Here's the amount of choreography you can expect from me: :dance:arty:
Surprise this morning in Helsinki, 10 cm of snow... Happy Women's Day.
I have few question about public transport in Helsinki
1. In few competicion the public transport was free for people who have the competicion tickets. Do you now if it is the case?
2. Someone who lives in Helsinki, is there a weeklly ticket? And where can I buy it?
3. Where can I buy "normal" tickets?
Thank you in advance.
Other questions, is there WiFi in the stadium?
From the FAQ page on the official website:So far, no wi-fi at Hartwall Arena ( for spectators).
This is how they answered: "Toistaiseksi yleisölle vapaata wi-fi’ä ei Hartwall Arena tarjoa. Mikäli tilanne muuttuu, tiedottaa Hartwall Arena ja MM2017 kisaorganisaatio omilla nettisivuillaan." In Finnish, that is. But it means, if there'll be wi-fi, the organization will let people know about it on the official website.
I am hopelessly addicted to the internet and the thought of spending whole days in an arena without absolutely terrified me. It was the decisive factor in me buying my first-ever smartphone, and with unlimited data in Europe. Knowing my luck, they will in fact suddenly turn out to have wifi for spectators.Even then, not sure what kind of speeds to expect...
From the FAQ page on the official website:
"Will there be wifi at the arena?
Yes. There will be complementary WiFi for all spectators."

PS. I don't recall seeing this before, but also in the FAQ regarding luggage
(eg. if people go direct to the arena from the airport, or on the day they checkout of their hotels...)
"Is there a coat check/cloakroom or luggage storage at the arena?
There are no coat checks/cloakrooms or luggage storage facilities at the Hartwall Arena. For security reasons luggage can not be taken in to Hartwall Arena. Security checks will take place at all entrances, so please leave all extra belongings at home or at your hotel. Other options for storing luggage after checking out of your hotel include the storage rooms of hotels, the storage lockers at the Helsinki Main Railway Station (more information here) or the storage lockers at the Helsinki-Vantaa airport (more information here). "
I guess you missed this :-D
I wonder if this applies to small Rugzak bags as well or just luggage ?
