< = under rotation, lack of rotation more than 1/4, would receive BV deduction + negative GOE
<< = downgrade, the lack of rotation is more than 1/2, the jumps would be downgraded (so if it is a triple, it would receive the base value of a double, quad--> triple) + it will receive negative GOE too
e = wrong edge, basically you flutz (used inside edge for lutz) or lip (Yuzuru's old nemesis, used outside edge for flip). Receive BV deduction + negative GOE
x = jumps BV multiplied by 1.1 since it is done in the second half
! = unclear edge, not correct edge but not really wrong edge (flat, can't be seen clearly etc)
