gosh.. I posted 20 posts in one evening, my aim was 5 posts to get my YFA. my commitment to this thread grows exponentially. No regret whatsoever.

These days you could probably stumble into this 1/4 (more? less?) of the time :laugh2: We've been on a path of no return ever since pantsuit of sin came into being. :drama:

For me, it was since i saw him in the white version. I thought he looked gorgeous in white. Then the purple came and i was "Was that duochrome effect really necessary or he just wanted to remind us that he is a man?"

Well, he has a beautiful body and in those pants he looks sexy as hell! What can we do but drool, drool, drool ....

You and your serious conversation in the middle of the invisible perving.

Didn't Sota Yamamoto also have lisfranc? Edit: Or was his a broken ankle?
Lmao my apologies, I only opened GS and Meoima replied to my post without my checking what the 10+ pages after that was about :laugh2:

Sota has/had fractured ankle, it is not lysfranc injury.

I'd have imagined it's the overtraining, correct technique or not, that would have led to the injury. :confused2: What changes in particular do you notice? I thought his toe loops weren't quite where they were last season, but I previously thought that was from limited training and not due to altered technique.
I have no idea, all I know is that it is not to his usual standard. But then again the 4T I have seen from him in competition this season was all in the 2nd half; last season, none of his 2nd half 4T is that good, so I doubt the quality of his 2nd half 4T is affected much by that. His 4t at practice sessions are fine though. Meoima was the one who said he changes his toeloop technique, but personally I am not so sure.

I do think correct/good technique will prevent you from being injured though. There are skaters who does much much less quad jumps than Yuzuru or Javier but is injured more seriously. :hopelessness:

I've been wondering about this for long now... are his black pants in H&L or in another seasons as tight as his purple pants? If not, then why are the purple ones so tight? Is it more comfortable? Does it have a message? (Prince's pants weren't as tight). Or is just because of the colour and material that looks like tighter than his black ones but it's the same?

Oh you're right about 4T's being second half, I didn't think about that. Yuzuru's a lot better off than he could have been with worse techniques, for sure. But I think good technique is only preventive to a certain extent. It's impossible to alleviate all the impact from landing these jumps? Meoima, come back and elaborate on what you mean by changed toeloop technique!

I think it's the duochrome effect. Every wrinkle and line is noticeable with that effect.

the purple ones are definitely tighter. i think we all have decoded the message. :) the pants' colour changes according to his movement, it's as if to show off his asset, really.

I think it's the color and the material. I remember a tweet from a Japanese fan who said he wears Marina Ice tights for his training outfit (and probably ladies' size at that XD). Those are pretty tight. I'd say if it werent' for the black color, it'd have been just as revealing as the LGC pants. The LGC pants are a little iridescent and more high-waisted than usual.

so 2 for material and 1 for tightness so far. Anyone else weighing in?

what the hell has been going on here? Without me into the bargain?!

you finally showed up Fayruza. I think all these blank discussions taught me how to deal with 4S3T nerves. :) I hope it helps you too. Good night, gotta sleep. this is my 25th post today and I got my YFA. :)

His training tights are indeed plenty revealing when he moves (that Bielmann sometimes ). I vote for the material! I think his usual velvet (?) black pants are much more forgiving where lines are concerned. The colour of course does not help.
