Depends on how much PCS you want to give him and how many of his jumps you would gave +3 GOE but I say 4-6 points more.
228 is a bit of a stretch where I would give him +3 on almost all jumps and a bit more on spins and steps too + perhaps 99-ish PCS
But I think 4 points more should be what he should have gotten? Like +3 on both 3A + 4S + 4T and 98.5 PCS (like his GPF one)
ETA : Which judge from which country btw? Suddenly I am interested to do quick analysis about the GOE-marking of the top 6 guys

Watching the tv videos of SP/LP is weird because they don't show it from the angles I saw, so some details are obscured or have a different impact. I finally understand the importance of fan cams. For example, his little hand flick to the music during his H&L Ina Bauer was much better when you could see both his hands.

OK, late to the party but still feeling yesterday's jubilation lingering. I was so, so happy yesterday after seeing the Men's FPs, I don't even know how the rest of the day flew by. 
I watched free dances in a haze, in a kind of numbed state because I'd spent all my emotions earlier. I never even knew I could celebrate as vigorously as the guys in Eurosport's football commercials? 
It was my dream podium, folks, I dreamed of exactly that trio taking those placements. I couldn't believe that this was happening, during each skate that followed The One Skate I was half-expecting one of the others to surpass Yuzuru, but noone did, and omg, did I celebrate like I was high. OK, now that I've let it off my chest I feel a little more coherent.
You know, now I'm actually glad Hanyu messed up his SP, because who knows how the competition would turn out for him had it been like in the previous two years? I'm almost sure his failure was what gave him the enormous mental strength in the FS.
TL;DR - folks, I have a little request: I mentioned to my mom the funny thing I've read probably dozens of pages from here, how Yuzuru was frantically looking for the Pooh bear at the boards. Now she wants to see the footage, but I cannot remember the page I saw it on, or the ocassion. If anyone would be so kind to share a link, pretty please?

Maybe try in a different browser? I tried in a few different ones and they worked, Goog Drive doesn't let you know the download progress though, just have to wait until it finishes.
