I'd seen this. It's funny how every man is pretty much the same in terms of consistency because their average total is so much lower than their Season's Best. Yuzuru's 'inconsistency' still lands him at the top of the averages, though, but he did lose ground on his SP average. Yuzuru seems to have lows that are pretty low but highs that are incredibly high. So glad his highest highs this time were at the second half of the season!

Did Max do something like this for previous seasons? I'd love to compare.

Talking about possible program music for Yuzu. I recently saw Laurine Lecavelier's SP at WTT. She skated to Experience by Ludovico Einaudi http://youtube.com/watch?v=_VONMkKkdf4

and it's GORGEOUS. I really think he could really do this piece justice.

I can't read simplied Chinese very well, but did that second photo caption say "suddenly a hot guy appears?" could be hot guy or cute guy. I guess she was taking a pic with Shoma and Yuzu, being extra, snuck in to photobomb them.

I suggested this as well some months back (also after having seen Laurine's beautiful skate at the GP series). We discussed it quite a bit, so I will try to find the pages if you are interested? I would love it mixed with something more by Einaudi. It could be such a beautiful and dramatic program when done right, and with Yuzuru's style. So yes AGREED, I want this to happen badly :agree:

Wakaba is not in the second photo where the caption was. Besides she's saying something cow (which is slang for cute guy, it's never applied to a girl).

She's referring to Wakababy. And the third pic says "Yuzu out of nowhere!" so actually Yuzu is the one photobombing

Did you come to the consensus that it should be a SP or LP? That piece alone should be SP, but mixed with others it could work as a LP. I may or may not be listening to best to Einaudi right now. lol.

edit: Oh! I get it now. Ha-Neo (basically cow) must be the Chinese name for Hanyu. I see.

I don't think he would do another Chopin SP so soon but I think it'll be cool if he did Waltz no.7 with the improv from a movie call '不能說的秘密: Secret' (which i first heard via this video) but I dunno if there is a studio version of it but i can imagine him having a great step sequence to the improv portion...
I really don't know much figure-skating-appropriate music though which makes me sad whenever these convos roll around
