I'd like to watch thevideos but YouTube tells me it is not available - I guess it's blocked in my country.
Only for Japanese press, so they won't care about Javi or any other skater.
At least it's a similar pattern for all skaters across the world: we know nearly everyone program by the end of July, generally. 
Just to add something to the press day program revelation discussion, if my memory is correct, they were early to mid August. One year we had no pre-warning, the next I think a cameraman or an interviewer tweeted that it's media day coming up at TCC and people correctly guessed it would be THE day so we were able to build up our anticipation towards it.
However this being Olympic Season things may play out differently.
At least before that reveal GP assignment is announced.
