Hanyu should drop 4S3T and do other combo instead, he can get higher scores.
The thread is back. He can try 4lo3t. I believe his 3t is weak, that's why he struggles with 3t combos so much. He doesn't just struggle with 4s3t combo. Before he tried 4s3t combo, he struggled with 4t3t combo in 2011-2012 season, 3lz3t in 2014-2015 season and now with 4s3t combo in 2016-2017 season. When he struggles with a 3t combo, he would struggle with that combo for the entire season whether that jump is in the first half or 2nd half of the program. If the first jump isn't landed with good quality, he would have trouble with the 3t after that, and often doing the 3t in combo messes up his first jump as well. (I think skaters with a strong 3t can add a 3t to a quad/triple even when they don't land the first jump with the best quality.) The only combo he doesn't struggle with is 3a3t because 3a is his most reliable jump and he can always land 3a with good quality even if he is tired or not in good form. He only started landing 4t3t in 2015-2016 season when his 4t became very consistent after 5-6 years of landing it in competitions. (After getting injury last season, 4t3t doesn't seem like a good option any more.) He needs his quad to be really consistent and reliable for him to do 4-3 combo. His best jump after axel is loop, so he may have better luck with 4lo3t combo than 4s3t combo.

. Love her Yuzuru drawings
And Yuzu is not one to water down his layout, if he already landed the 4S+3T, I think he'll at least stick to that one (if he doesn't go for a 4Lo+3T
Can I hope for another one which includes Worlds and WTT?
