He did Winter again, according to the tweets I read. More improvement since Niigata, according to one twitter user, so it's coming along nicely. And he was in center during the opening, looking cute - what else is new? :yay:

Passionate ShoSho...

Great to hear the program has progressed even further! Was still hoping for Turandot though. ~sniff~

Shoma sitting on someones lap again 😃Who is that guy?

With his newly acquired socializing skills, he'll sit on anyone's lap now. He isn't shy anymore. :p

And he might be practicing for world domination when everyone will be his devoted subject anyway. His Majesty can sit on whosever lap he pleases.

yes, Shoma did Winter again, I went there, but he looked tired I felt so. The program itself has been improving. And Nathan! he's also amazing..! funny & cute!

When is Shoma not tired, though? :) Glad you went there and had fun!

Kanna do you know what program Nathan skated to. Was it an exhibition program or a competitive program?

Nathan's Fan Fest says he performed his Parachute program, which I believe is an EX...Just read that Marin did her Turandot, so I guess it makes sense that Shomajesty wouldn't do Turandot too - even if he is ready with it.

ETA -- Parachute is a program Nathan used when he performed in the U.S. Stars on Ice this spring.

In the interview, he's not yet ready for Nessun Dorma as used almost all time on Winter.
Yes, Parachute, many many fans waved U.S. flag for him, he's smiling all the time.

DOI's a show actually, but also said as the place to skate the newest program if the skater's ready. Expected to see Shoma's new Free though. Um..maybe in The Ice he will? cuz he's not ready yet accoding to the interview.

He doesn't need to rush with Turandot. He must be exhausted with all the hard work he has been doing. It doesn't surprise me that he looked tired. He needs to rest so he can be ready to meet his fans at the necklace event! :luv17:

Awww...Nathan and Shomita. https://twitter.com/fb_s_u/status/883521945966321664 Looks like Nathan might possibly need a hair cut! Ha!

Nathan and his hair!!! It would have been funny if Shoma had a perm too at this point. Shoma's social interactions have definitely improved- he poses and smiles more naturally now! I'm glad he's getting more comfortable around other people, Nathan included.

Funny how Chris (and his leg!) unintentionally photobombed this photo, while Shoma inadvertently photobombed Chris' photo with his birthday cake.

I guess we'll get to see Shoma's Turandot on The Ice. After this year, I hope not to see another Turandot program for the next 5 years, at least! If he's not doing a new ex, I'd be happy to see a short version of Loco in galas this season. I'm going to miss that program.

That sounds like a great catchline beneath the username, Shomajesty - sits on whosever lap he pleases
You really have a way with words synesthesia.

Nathan is very new to this and is really having a lot of fun being surrounded by fans, I think. He is very gracious and friendly.

But grrrr -- frustration! I'd like to tell them all they need to take a step back so that MANY people can get a nice photo of them, and then sign some autographs. Otherwise, they all stand there with their heads down, and only a few lucky people get photos and/or autographs...Makes me think of Shoma at SA. Total frustration where he skated right over to our section. One person took a selfie, got his autograph, shook his hand, and then stood there talking to him while the rest of us were dying to take photos etc. Not fair! At the U.S. Nats official autograph sessions, you're allowed to do only one thing--photo or autograph. Obviously this is more spontaneous, but still! Oh well -- sorry for the mini rant! It's still fun to see them up close. And things do get crazy pretty fast when the skaters get close.

Also saw in the Nathan thread that Nathan and Shoma landed side by side quads in the finale. Hooray!

Arriba627, yes that's not fair. actually I even didn' see him after the show. Usually skaters use another hidden exit, so it's kinda unusual thing. And people went crazy, Nathan couldn't deny it on the road. whatever, photo or signature session's a good idea! here, we don' have any sessions that's why easily people go wrong way. JP needs to learn what's the most fair and safe thing.
